Please double check your address. I am not responsible for missing packages if your address is inputted incorrectly during checkout. It is not my responsibility to double check with you when you order.

Shipping within North America through regular mail without tracking is a $5 flat rate. Any orders shipping within North America that are over $100 will include free shipping through regular mail unless otherwise specified during checkout.

Shipping to the USA has been experiencing some delays due to American customs legislation. Normally, a shipment will arrive within 2 business weeks. Please note: Small Packet USA Air does not offer a tracking number.

Shipping within Canada normally takes 3-5 working days. However, during peak shipping season such as Christmas, there may be delays. I encourage all customers ordering for Christmas, to place orders in the beginning of November or earlier to make sure your order arrives in time for gifting.

Packages shipped to UK by air take about 10 days, by boat 6 weeks... Crazy I know. I am only offering regular mail shipping at this time for UK customers to keep costs reasonable. Any orders shipping to the UK that are over $150 will include free shipping through regular mail (no tracking).

New Zealand and Australia have no shipping guarantees due to the postal system there enacting this latest policy. Thus, there are no options for tracked parcels right now because of the mail system being affected by COVID. There is a $5 flat rate for regular mail shipping. Any orders shipping to Oceania that are over $150 will include free shipping through regular mail (no tracking).

All shipping options that offer tracking are calculated through Canada Post for the best rate possible.
